We do not store sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the service. All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. User data is isolated per account with no cross-account visibility.
All Pack purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable once documents have been generated and downloaded. You may regenerate documents within your purchased Pack at no additional cost.
Diamondview Consulting and DocSprint AI shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to business losses, legal disputes, or regulatory issues resulting from the use of generated documents.
